Can I leave the festival and come back?

  • Yes, we will allow in and out privileges so our patrons can experience and enjoy other elements of Shelby Farms Park. In regards to parking, VIP will be able to come and go from the parking area. Single-day General Admission and Premium Parking will have to pay each time they return.


What is the Mempho smoking policy?

Mempho Music Festival encourages a smoke-free environment and asks that you respect the health of your fellow fest-goers and refrain from smoking in any area where it may affect someone else. Smoking is prohibited inside Shelby Farms Park.


What is the Mempho alcohol policy?


  • Over 21 ID wristbands will be available at all bars.
  • Persons will not be allowed to enter the festival if they are intoxicated or pose a threat to themselves or others. Persons found to be intoxicated in the entertainment space will be escorted out without refund.

Do you have shuttles?
Yes. There will be free shuttles running from the general admission parking lot into the festival. They will be running from 11:30a – 1:30a on Saturday and 11:30a – 12:30a on Sunday.


Can I use the Greenline to get to the festival?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it! The Greenline runs from Tillman Street at Walnut Grove Road in Midtown to B Street at Macon Road in Cordova. There are access points at Tillman Street, HIghland Street, High Point Terrace, Graham Street, Waring Road, Podesta Street, Sycamore View, Farm Road at Mullins Station Road, Whitten Road, Appling Road, Raleigh LaGrange Road, Germantown Parkway, Cully Road, A Street, and B Street / Macon Road at the Cordova Depot. Is there camping on site?
Camping will not be available at Mempho Music Fest this year.


I ordered a parking pass. Where do I pick that up?
If you purchased a parking ticket through Ticketmaster, that link would be sent to you on your phone. Please show parking attendants that ticket for validation. Parking will be available for purchase day of show if capacity is available.


I am a GA ticket holder. Where do I park?
General Admission parking lot is located on Farm Rd which can be accessed from Walnut Grove Road. Free shuttles will take you to and from the festival gates. If you purchased a premier parking lot pass, enter the park at P2 Uplands Parking Lot off Mullins Station road and follow signs within the park. When you pull up to the parking area, hand your pass to the attendant to scan. Depending on your ticket type they will either be admitted without a pass or given a pass.


I am a VIP ticket holder. Where do I park?
The VIP parking lots are located off of Mullins Station Road at P1 Uplands Parking Lot. You will have easy access into the festival through your own VIP entrance. For VIP guests, you will have both the merch and the parking pass added to your account. The same bar code that is scanned for admission, scannable for merch and for parking.

What is the difference between GA parking, Premier Parking and VIP parking?
General Admission parking is located off of Farm Rd. Parking for this lot is $10 and shuttles will take you to and from the festival gates.
Premier parking costs $20 and is walkable distance to the festival gates.
VIP Parking is $40 and you will park right next to the festival grounds with your own VIP entrance into the festival.

How does the meet & greet process work?
As a Super VIP, you should get or should have gotten an email for you to request the artist you wish to meet. People will be selected under a first come first serve basis based on your top three selections. We will try our absolute best to ensure each guest has the chance to meet at least one artist on our lineup! 

How do I get my wristband?
Once you have purchased a ticket, a redemption code will be delivered to your phone or email. Show that code to our guest services VIP team at the box office to receive your wristband. Once you have your wristband, you will be admitted into the festival. Once you are inside, take your phones and have them scanned at the VIP Concierge to redeem their shirt and poster.


What types of food will you have?
We have curated an incredible selection of food vendors for you to enjoy! We will have vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, along with many other delicious choices. Download our app to view the complete list of vendors.


Will there be an ATM on-site?
Yes. Our vendors will be able to take cards but if you do need cash, we will have an ATM.


Can I bring my pet?
NO. Only registered service animals are allowed on site.


Is there bike parking?
Yes. There are bike racks located throughout Shelby Farms Park.


Is there a place to fill up my water bottle?
Yes. We will have free hydration stations located in the festival grounds.


Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found will be located at the Guest Services tent by the main festival entrance.


Can I bring a lawn chair?
Yes. Lawn chairs (36” or lower) will be permitted at both stages in a marked off area behind the front of house sound booth.


Medication must be in prescription packaging with a prescription label. Bring enough for your personal use only. Do not mix types of medications in one container. Bring photo I.D. If meds must be kept cool you may bring a small, soft-sided cooler.


Service Animals
Persons with disabilities and their service dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for those persons with disabilities are welcomed. Other types of animals and pets are not allowed.

A service animal must be trained and if it does not adhere to the following conditions staff will have the handler remove the animal from the site. The handler may return without the animal.

The animal must:

  • Be housebroken
  • Be under the control of its handler at all times
  • Not threaten the health or safety of any other person or animal

The Following Are Not Service Animals

By law, if an animal’s purpose or task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship, it is not considered a service animal and may not come to this festival.
Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state are subject to local dog ordinances, which includes a valid rabies certificate.


Are the handicap accessible viewing areas?
There are raised viewing platforms available at the main stages for use by guests with mobility disabilities that make it very difficult to stand in the audience.

Companion Policy: Each person with a disability may bring one companion into the reserved viewing areas. Families, consisting of no more than two adults and any children 18 years and under, when one member of the family has a disability, may stay together in the reserved areas.
Folding Chairs: While there is usually enough space, there may be times when access is difficult, especially during very popular shows. Folding chairs are provided but a seat is not guaranteed.


Where do I go for medical help?
The Medical and first aid tent is centrally located in the event site. Please check attendee map to locate the tent and look for red medical flags.
If you are in need of medical assistance, please notify a Mempho staff member right away.

Will there be an Access Lane at each entrance?
Yes. Both the main and VIP entrance will have ADA access lanes.


Is there handicap accessible parking?
Yes, handicap accessible parking will be in Premium Parking. Please follow the Premium Parking directions above.
