Deadline for application submission: AUGUST 4th, 2023. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; Vendor will be notified if they are invited to participate at the festival. Incomplete applications will not be processed. After receiving written acceptance, vendor must submit a certificate of insurance (naming Forward Momentum LLC and Memphis Botanic Garden/City of Memphis) with coverage approved by the festival, vendor assets, and payments by AUGUST 11TH, 2023. Vendors are responsible for payment of any and all taxes due. Participating vendors are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the Shelby County Health Department, Memphis Police and Fire Departments, Memphis/Shelby County office of Construction Code Enforcement, Memphis Botanic Garden, Mempho, and any other governing body or authority which might apply.
