MEMPHO is the latest chapter in the rich musical history of Memphis, Tennessee. Its founders are committed to making it an integral part of the Memphis cultural scene for years to come. MEMPHO was created to blend today's best sounds with Memphis' storied musical heritage, creating a festival experience filled with music, food, and nature that appeals to people of all ages.
The roots of American music can be clearly traced directly to Memphis. the first annual MEMPHO Music Festival is being launched with a distinct purpose to pay homage to our community's unique role in shaping and influencing global music culture. With two stages of music and culinary options for every taste and budget, MEMPHO offers attendees an abundance of great music and food in harmony with nature.
At 4,500 acres, Shelby Farms Park is one of the largest urban parks in the country. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, less than 20 miles from downtown, the park is both a vibrant community hub and a retreat from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Gates open at 4:00PM CST on Friday, October 6th and at 12:00PM on Saturday, October 7th.
There will be a bike valet open until sunset. The valet operation will close after sunset. The Shelby Farms Greenline & Wolf River Greenway close at sundown.
There is no on-site camping this year. The park will be closed at the end of the musical performance each night.
All sales are final. MEMPHO Music Festival will process no refunds or exchanges. All artists, set times, and stages are subject to change.
Events will take place rain or shine. If severe weather becomes an issue and we need to interrupt programming, announcements will be made regarding safety procedures. Programming will resume when deemed safe.
All persons and personal items are subject to inspection before entering the festival.
MEMPHO Music Festival encourages a smoke-free environment and asks that you respect the health of your neighbors at the festival and refrain from smoking in any area where it may affect someone else.
You must be 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages. I.D. wristbands will be available at the gates. Please drink responsibly. A valid I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Children 10 years and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. MEMPHO is primarily an adult event with fans consuming alcoholic beverages and we encourage parents to consider this when deciding whether to include children in the festival experience.
For General Admission Ticket Guests
General Admission ticketholders and those wanting to purchase tickets to MEMPHO must enter Farm Road from Walnut Grove Road ONLY. Farm Road will be CLOSED at the intersection of Farm Road and Mullins Station Road!
Traveling east on I-240, take the Walnut Grove Road exit headed east—following the sign to Shelby Farms Park. While on Walnut Grove Road, turn left onto Farm Road. General Admission parking will be on the left in the field directly across from the Shelby Farms Park entrance.
Traveling west on I-40, take the Germantown Parkway exit and travel approximately 2 miles east to Walnut Grove Road (turning right). Travel on Walnut Grove Road and turn right onto Farm Road. General Admission parking will be on your left directly across from the Shelby Farms Park entrance.
Please plan for a 10 minute walk. Space is limited, so we recommend sharing rides with your friends!
For VIP Ticket Guests
VIP ticketholders must enter through Gate 10 (7171 Mullins Station) on Mullins Station Road only (by Shelby Farms Horse Stables). After you present your VIP parking pass and/or ticket to attendant, you will follow signs to a four-way stop and make a left turn to park above the First Tennessee Foundation Visitor Center. Parking will be in the grass. From there, you will walk to the Chickasaw trail entrance for expedited entry to MEMPHO VIP.
For SVIP Ticket Guests
Super VIPs must enter at the FedEx Event Center entrance on Walnut Grove Road (415 Great View Drive East).
Take I-40 East Germantown Pkwy, take right on Walnut Grove Road, enter through Walnut Grove entrance (415 Great View Drive East) to FedEx Event Center entrance. *Disregard digital message board that reads “MEMPHO Enter Farm Road” - that is for GA.* Drive past the FedEx Event Center (it will be on your left) until you reach the three-way stop sign. Take a left turn, then park at First Tennessee Foundation Visitor Center parking lot. Golf cart shuttles will escort you to the VIP entrance.
Shelby Farms Park Greenline & Wolf River Greenway
Run, walk, or bike to the Park from the heart of Memphis or Cordova, and from any of the neighborhoods in-between! The Shelby Farms Greenline & Wolf River Greenway closes at sunset. Do NOT use the Shelby Farms Greenline or Wolf River Greenway after sunset.
There will be a bike valet open until sunset. The valet operation will close after sunset.
We’ve alerted all local transportation modes that there will be a high volume of attendees traveling to/from the event.
Complimentary parking is included with your ticket purchase. You will need to park in the parking lot indicated on your ticket (GA, VIP, etc.). Parking for vehicles with ADA placards or license plates will be available. The holder of the placard must be a passenger in the vehicle and produce the issued ADA handicap placard. Violation of any ADA placard or license is subject to a fine.
The box office is located directly to the right of the festival entrance. It opens one hour before the doors each day and closes when the headliner begins each night.
All ticket holders will be allowed to enter and exit the festival grounds once each day. As such, there is no re-entry each day of the festival.
Parking for vehicles with ADA placards or license plates will be available. The holder of the placard must be a passenger in the vehicle and produce the issued ADA handicap placard. Violation of any ADA placard or license is subject to a fine. ADA seating area will be reserved on the lawn for disabled patrons.
Special needs guests to arrive via gate 10 (7171 Mullins Station) and will be guided to park in the designated handicapped parking which will be First Tennessee Foundation Visitor Center.
